Mark is a founding Director of Meridian and has worked within the executive search industry for the past 9 years, previous to this he worked within the Personal finance industry at a senior level for 10 years. Mark's core skills are acquiring New Business and advising on bespoke solutions.

Peter Carey

Peter is also a founding Director of Meridian and has worked within the executive search industry for the past 14 years, prior to this he worked within the Commercial market sector for 5 years. Peters core skills are relationship building and Client retention.

Consultants & Researchers

The Consultants and Researchers: All employees of Meridian are trained to the highest standards using tried and tested methodologies. They have either a proven track record in the executive search arena or they have worked in the same / similar market place that they are recruiting into, this enables them to be competent when asking competency based questions and "filtering" candidates for shortlists.
